This property sits in one of the most sought after wine industry locations in the Oregon - Worden Hill Road – which runs right above the main winery travel route in the Dundee Hills. This is the access route to Erath Winery, Torii Mor, Lange, Bella Vida, Cameron, the new Winderlea and Maresh Red Barn, along with some of the best vineyards in the states. As with most vineyards in this AVA (American Viticultural Area), the soil type is Jory, a deep red silty-clay loam, rich and loaded with minerals to add complexity to the wines. Vineyards in this AVA are bringing some of the highest prices in Oregon and demand remains high. The vineyard-suited land is cleared and ready to plant. Pesticides have not been used and would help establish any level of ecological farming desired.
